We are continually working to create an environment that allows for adequate social distancing in adherence with the guidelines and recommendations of the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC. We have limited the number of people in attendance to 50% of the occupancy of the building.
Two identical services at 9:30am + 11:00am. To ensure proper time to reset all environments and disinfect high-touch areas, we will host a service that lasts approximately one hour.
Due to the Ohio health order, masks must be worn at all times while in the building.
CP Kids is offered at both services for children in Kindergarten through grade 5 following current guidelines. Due to the specific nature of these guidelines we are unable to offer nursery or preschool classes at this time and encourage families with young children to continue engaging through Centerpoint Online.
Our teams will be seating guests and families in adherence to distancing measures. Our doors will open 20 minutes before each service. Upon conclusion of the service, we will dismiss all guests by row, back to front.
In adherence to the guidelines and recommendations of the Ohio Department of Health and the CDC, we are unable to linger and congregate in the lobby for long periods before or after service. We have removed all seating areas in the lobby and ask that you congregate outside to adhere to best practices.
Health & Safety
We sanitize every high-touch area of the building before, during and after each service. During services, high-touch areas are regularly wiped with disinfectant. We have minimized physical contact through measures such as not passing offering buckets and providing a virtual Connect Card option instead of paper. After each service, our Facilities Team sanitizes all high-touch surfaces and seating in our auditorium.
We have also ensured hand sanitizer stations are available at every entry/exit point of both the auditorium and CP Kids as well as providing increased sanitizer dispensers for all volunteers.
Due to the Ohio health order, masks must be worn at all times while in the building. We require ALL volunteers to wear face masks while they serve with the exception of those on the stage.
We require all volunteers to be symptom free before they enter the building. If any symptoms unexpectedly develop during a service, that volunteer is sent home immediately.
Centerpoint Kids is offered at both services for children in Kindergarten through grade 5 following all current safety guidelines and volunteer to child ratios.
NURSERY & PRESCHOOL
Due to the specific nature of these guidelines, we are unable to offer nursery or preschool classes at this time and encourage families with young children to continue engaging through Centerpoint Online.
Specific to CP Kids, every child that checks-in is required to sanitize their hands before entering the main class area. They are also required to sanitize their hands upon leaving the main class area before being returned to their family. We sanitize every high-touch area of CP Kids before, during and after each service. During services, high-touch areas are regularly wiped with disinfectant. After each service, all high-touch surfaces and seating are disinfected.
Like all of our volunteers, CP Kids volunteers will wear a face mask at all times when serving your children. We encourage all children to wear a face mask, if they are able.
HEALTH & SAFETY
We care about the health of your children! We cannot accept children who exhibit any of the following within the 24-hour period prior to service: fever, headache, cough, runny nose, rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pink eye, eye infection, sore throat, uncovered/open sores or injuries, or head lice.
If a child has any of these symptoms, they will not be able to check-in to class. Our CP Kids volunteers follow the same guidelines and must be symptom free prior to serving.
Centerpoint Church: Online
Centerpoint Online is available every Sunday at 11:00am.
People who are at higher risk for severe illness, older adults and people who are immunocompromised should consult a physician before returning to in-person gatherings. People who are in contact with these populations should also take extra precautions. In addition, we are asking that if you are showing any signs or symptoms of illness, that you choose Centerpoint Online and refrain from attending in-person.
